By making an online purchase through makobyme.com (”We”), you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. Please read these carefully before placing your order.
Payments can be made safely and securely by card through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by card through the Paypal system without registering. For UK customers you may choose to pay by cheque. Please email: email@example.com for cheque payments or other queries regarding payments.
Mako by Me is committed to processing orders promptly and you will receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming your order.
Orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment subject to availability. If your order is urgent, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call: +44 (0)77 94233514 and we will do our best to make sure you receive your items in time. All goods will be wrapped and packaged very carefully to ensure a safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate any delays we will let you know immediately.
Goods are usually sent recorded post via Royal Mail services. For large orders, a national courier service will be used.
For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you but it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 7 working days of delivery. The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received it. We can arrange an exchange or alternatively refund you including the cost of the delivery but not the cost of the return,this is at your own expense.
You are responsible for the safe keeping of the goods and taking reasonable care of them until their return. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any damage.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).

For goods that were damaged upon delivery or are defective, we will be responsible for collection and re-delivery charges. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please telephone or email us as soon as possible as we try to process your orders promptly. If your order has already been dispatched to you please do not open the package but return the goods to us in accordance with our Returns Policy above.
Every effort is made to ensure that colours and shapes appear as realistic as possible. However, digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors vary so we cannot guarantee the exact colour. We take care to keep our measurements as accurate as possible but due to the hand made nature of these productions, they may occasionally vary in size.
